Every class is open to all abilities, so pick what days suit you best. Our programmes run continuosly throughout the year and we will always adapt to your level, whether that's a beginner, intemediate or advanced lifter.

To get started, simply drop us a message here or via facebook and let us know you're coming. You can pay in cash when you arrive.
On your first session, we will be simply be checking how you move, talking about your background and any injuries you may have. Then we'll give you an introduction into all the basic movements required for olympic lifting.
Just bring yourself and some flat shoes (like converse) or lifting shoes if you have them, and the rest leave up to us!
